Sauce melba (winter version)

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Raspberry jam
2 tablespoons Sugar
½ cup Water
1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Stir and boil for 2 min. Cool and add 1 tbs. lemon juice. This is the winter version of the Sauce Melba recipe given with the Flan Melba.
