Sauce for bulgogi - yangnyum kanjang

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Light Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Water
1 tablespoon Rice Wine Or Chinese Brown Vinegar
1 tablespoon Finely Chopped Green Onions
½ teaspoon Crushed Garlic
1½ teaspoon Chili Sauce
1½ teaspoon White Sesame seeds, Toasted And Ground

Mix allingredients and divide the sauce among several small dishes. It can be prepared up to a day in advance and stored in a covered container in the refrigerator.
