Ingredients

| 2 | tablespoons | Cooking Sherry |
| ⅓ | cup | Soy Sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | large | Onion |
| 2 | Cloves Garlic | |

Directions
Cut steak into thin strips no longer than 2 inches. Mix all ingredients (except rice) with the meat. Let marinate 1 hour room temp. or 2 hours in the refrigerator. Broil until cooked to your liking. Serve over rice.
