Bulgogi #2

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Sirloin Steak (cut into thin strips)
2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Cooking Sherry
⅓ cup Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 large Onion
2 \N Cloves Garlic
\N \N Rice for 4

Cut steak into thin strips no longer than 2 inches. Mix all ingredients (except rice) with the meat. Let marinate 1 hour room temp. or 2 hours in the refrigerator. Broil until cooked to your liking. Serve over rice.
