Bulgogi (marinated sirloin steak)

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Sirloin Steak (cut into thin strips)
2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons Cooking Sherry
2 tablespoons Sugar
⅓ cup Soy Sauce
1 large Onion
2 Or 3 Cloves Garlic
1 teaspoon Pepper

Mince garlic and chop onion (finely). Mix all ingredients with the steak strips. Let marinate for 1 hour room temp. or 2 hours refrigerated. Broil until done to your liking. Serve over rice.

It says it makes 4 servings, but it's never enough for us. I always double it.
