Yield: 4 servings
|1 pounds||Sirloin Steak (cut into thin strips)|
|2 tablespoons||Sesame Oil|
|2 tablespoons||Cooking Sherry|
|⅓ cup||Soy Sauce|
|2||Or 3 Cloves Garlic|
Mince garlic and chop onion (finely). Mix all ingredients with the steak strips. Let marinate for 1 hour room temp. or 2 hours refrigerated. Broil until done to your liking. Serve over rice.
It says it makes 4 servings, but it's never enough for us. I always double it.
