|1 cup||Self-raising flour|
|½ teaspoon||Baking soda|
|½ cup||Choc bits|
|Icing sugar to sift over|
Turn oven to 180 C.
Grease and lightly flour a 20cm ring tin.
Melt butter gently in big pan, being careful not to boil it. Take off heat.
Add sugar, egg, vanilla and beat well with a spoon.
Sift in flour and soda but DON'T stir yet.
Add milk and mashed banana, stirring until just mixed.
Stir in the chocolate bits then spread the mixture evenly in the tin.
Bake for 30 mins.
Leave to cool. Once cool sift icing sugar over the cake to decorate.
