Banana cake

Measure Ingredient
7 \N Eggs, separated
¼ cup Potato starch
\N \N Juice of 1/2 lemon
½ cup Chopped nuts
¾ cup Cake flour
1 cup Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Mashed bananas

Beat yolks with ½ cup sugar, add bananas and sifted flour and starch. Beat whites, andd ½ cup sugar and fold into yolks. Fold in nuts. Pour batter into ungreased tube cake pan. Bake in preheated oven at 325 F. for about 40-50 min. Remove, invert and hang pan until cool.
