Recipe by: 365 Great Chocolate Desserts - ISBN 0-06-016537-5 Preparation Time: 1:15 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl combine bananas, cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil, and ¼ cup water. Beat with electric mixer on low until combined. 
Increase speed to medium and beat 2 mins. By hand, mix in nuts. 
2. Turn batter into a well-greased and floured 12-cup bundt or tube pan. Bake 50 to 60 mins, or until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 to 15 mins before removing from pan to cool completely.
