Salsa mac 'n cheese

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
16 ounces Chunky salsa
1¾ cup Water
2 cups Elbow macaroni; uncooked
¾ pounds VELVEETA Process Cheese Spread; cut in 1/2" cubes

Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain. Add salsa & water; bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium low; cover with a tight fitting lid. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add Velveeta; stir until melted.
