1 each | Garlic cloves; finely choppd |
2 larges | Tomatoes; peeled, seeded, chopped |
½ teaspoon | Sugar, granulated |
2 eaches | Chile, serrano; chopped |

1 tablespoon | Coriander; chopped |
Heat oil and fry onion and garlic until limp. Add remaining ingredients, except coriander. Cook gently for 15 minutes. Taste for seasoning. Add coriander and cook for 1-2 miutes more. Serve hot or cold.
