Smoked salmon and roasted pepper dip

½cupLow fat cottage cheese
¼cupReduce fat cream cheese
4ouncesSliced smoked salmon; coarsely chopped
teaspoonFresh lemon juice
½teaspoonHorseradish
¼teaspoonSalt
1largeRed bell pepper roasted;peeled,seeded
2tablespoonsSnipped fresh chives

Directions

Combine cottage cheese and cream cheese in food processor;process until smooth about 2 minutes.Add salmon,lemon juice,horseradish and salt.Process until salmon is finely chopped,about 1 minute.Finely dice red bell pepper.add to salmon mixture with chives.Stir to combine.
