Smoked salmon and roasted pepper dip

| ½ | cup | Low fat cottage cheese |
| ¼ | cup | Reduce fat cream cheese |
| 4 | ounces | Sliced smoked salmon; coarsely chopped |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Fresh lemon juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Horseradish |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | large | Red bell pepper roasted;peeled,seeded |
| 2 | tablespoons | Snipped fresh chives |
Directions
Combine cottage cheese and cream cheese in food processor;process until smooth about 2 minutes.Add salmon,lemon juice,horseradish and salt.Process until salmon is finely chopped,about 1 minute.Finely dice red bell pepper.add to salmon mixture with chives.Stir to combine.
