Salade verte viniagrette

½cupFresh mushroom slices
2tablespoonsCapers
¾Reserved viniagrette dressing (from appetizer recipe)
2tablespoonsDijon mustard

Directions

Divide salad greens and mushroom slices onto two salad plates. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon capers. Combine viniagrette dressing with mustard ~- mix well. Pour mustard viniagrette over salads. Makes 2 servings.
