Salad w/ italian dressing

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
Select seasonally available salad greens
⅛ teaspoon Thyme
⅛ teaspoon Cumin
¼ teaspoon Oregano
¼ teaspoon Sweet basil
2 Cloves garlic
1 pinch Each of: nutmeg; curry, rosemary; & dry mustard
2 tablespoons Catsup
½ cup Mayonnaise
⅓ cup Red wine vinegar
⅔ cup Salad oil

ITALIAN DRESSING

SALAD: Wash, dry & crisp the salad green in the refrigerator. Serve w/ ITALIAN DRESSING. DRESSING: Combine ingredients and blend until well mixed.

Serve on or with tossed salad.
