Ruston peach cobbler

Measure Ingredient
1 quart Peaches; sliced
1½ cup Sugar
2 dashes Salt
2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
1 \N Stick butter
1¼ cup All-purpose flour
½ cup Shortening
5 tablespoons Cool water

FILLING

PASTRY

Cook peaches until tender with ⅔ cup sugar, lemon juice and salt. Add ½ stick butter, flour, remaining sugar and cinnamon. Top with pastry, pour remaining butter over top. Cook in preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes until golden.
