Roquefort apple dessert

Ingredients

| 4 | mediums | Sized red apples |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 1½ | ounce | Crumbled Roquefort cheese |
| ¼ | cup | French dressing |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped walnuts |
| 2 | tablespoons | Seedless raisins |
Directions
Cut slice from top of each apple; reserve. Remove cores. Scoop out pulp, leaving ¼ inch shells. Brush shells with lemon juice. Dice apple pulp. Combine diced apple and remaining ingredients; toss lightly. Fill apple shells with mixture. Replace apple tops. Serves 4.
