Robear's chicago sinful chili

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Ground beef
1 large Yellow onion
1 large Green pepper
2 cans (large) whole tomatoes
2 cans (soup can size) dark red kidney beans
3 teaspoons Grocery store chili powder
3 teaspoons Real chili powder
2 teaspoons Cumin
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
1 teaspoon Ground cardamom
⅓ cup White or red wine

Brown ground beef. Add diced onion and green pepper and cook until soft.

Put both cans of whole tomatoes into crock pot and crush with hands. Add both cans of kidney beans, rinsed, to crock pot. Add cooked meat/onion/green peppers. Add all seasonings and wine. Cook on high all day, stiring occasionally. Serve over cooked elbow noodles.
