Roasted tomato and basil relish

; coarsely chopped
½cupChopped fresh basil or 1 tablespoon dried
¼cupGrated Parmesan cheese; (packed)
2tablespoonsOlive oil
3Garlic cloves; minced
¼teaspoonDried crushed red pepper; (scant)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients in 1-quart casserole. Bake until tomatoes are soft, about 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cool to room temperature.
