Roasted dessert bananas

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Bananas
2 tablespoons Butter
4 teaspoons Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Chocolate chips; (or more if desired)
2 tablespoons Shredded coconut

Cut bananas lengthwise and place on individual pieces of foil. Divide remaining ingredients among each banana, beginning with brown sugar, then butter, chocolate chips and coconut. Wrap tightly with foil. Place on hot coals or barbecue and cook for 10 minutes. Serves 2.
