|1 cup||Brown sugar|
|1½||Rounded teaspoon cinnamon|
|1 teaspoon||Ground ginger|
|¾ cup||White wine|
|1 teaspoon||Icing sugar|
Peel the bananas and place them in an oven proof dish. Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon and ginger together and scatter over the bananas and pour over the white wine.
Cook on the centre shelf of a preheated 200 degrees C oven for 30 minutes.
Serve hot with the cream that has been whipped with icing sugar and vanilla.
