1 cup | Uncooked rice |
1 cup | Water |
3 \N | Fresh jalapenos; seeded and minced |
1 small | Onion; diced |
2 tablespoons | DurkeeĀ® red hot sauce |
1 tablespoon | Butter |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
1 \N | Clove garlic; crushed |
Combine all ingredients in a kettle, breaking up tomatoes with a spoon.
Simmer uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
