3 cups Cooked wild & brown rice; cooled
2 \N Avocados; cut into bitesize

1 cup Diced fresh fennel bulb or 2 tablespoons

1 cup Diced celery
½ pack Dried blueberries
¼ cup Sunflower seed
¼ cup Raisins
¼ cup Chopped fresh dill

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and serve at room temperature. Serves 6 to 8.
