Rice polaf salad

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Turkey, cooked and diced
1½ cup Brown rice, cooked
1 cup Garbanzo beans, cooked
1 cup Red kidney beans, cooked
2 Apples, cored and chopped
½ cup Celery, sliced
1 Green pepper, chopped
½ cup Plain green olives, sliced
¼ cup Green onion, sliced
¼ cup Parsley, diced

Combine all ingredients and toss together. Chill 1 hour. Just before serving, pour dressing of your choice over salad. Toss and serve.
