Rice heavenly hash

1(3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1cupDrained canned pineapple
Tidbits
1largeNavel orange, peeled --
Diced
¼cupChopped maraschino cherries
1cupMiniature marshmallows
½cupFlaked coconut
¼cupSlivered almonds
1Envelope whipped topping mix
Prepared or 1/2 pt.whipping cream, whipped

Directions

*Additional maraschino cherries to garnish. Makes 12 (½ c.

servings). Combine cooked rice, milk and sugar. Cook until thick and creamy, about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cut cream cheese into small cubes and stir into rice while still warm. Stir again once the cheese softens and the mixture cools. Fold in the pineapple, cherries, marshmallows, coconut, almonds and whipped cream. Spoon into serving dishes and chill. Garnish with cherries.
