Rhubarb butter crunch

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Rhubarb; diced
1 cup Sugar; heaping
4 tablespoons Flour
1 cup Brown sugar
¾ cup Rolled oats
1½ cup Flour
½ cup Butter
½ cup Shortening; or butter

Recipe by: Mom Preparation Time: :1:0 Combine rhubarb, sugar, and 3 T. flour and place in greased 8x12 baking dis Combine brown sugar, oats, and 1½ c. flour, cut in butter and shortening and sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 375 for 35-40 min.
