Regal oatmeal chocolate chip cookies

Yield: 60 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup IMPERIAL quarters; softened
1 cup Dark brown sugar; packed
1 cup Sugar
2 larges Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1½ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Salt
3 cups Quick-cooking oats; uncooked
12 ounces Chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, beat Imperial until light.

Add sugars; beat until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in oatmeal and chocolate chips until thoroughly combined. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are just set. Do not overbake.
