Red snapper fillets, florida style

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Red snapper fillets
\N \N Salt
\N \N Freshly ground pepper
\N \N Freshly grated nutmeg
1½ teaspoon Grated orange rind
1 teaspoon Grated grapefruit rind or
\N \N A combination of lemon and lime

Recipe by: Fannie Farmer Preheat oven to 400F. Put the fillets in a lightly buttered baking dish. Sprinkle them lightly with salt and pepper and nutmeg and distribute the grated rinds on top. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.
