Red snapper a l'orange

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Snapper fillets
2 tablespoons Orange juice
3 tablespoons Cooking oil pepper
1 teaspoon Grate orange rind nutmeg

Combine pepper, orange juice, rind and oil. Place fish in single layer in an oiled pan and pour sauce on top of fish. Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
