Red beans and rice #4

Yield: 4 ser(1 cup)

Measure Ingredient
2 cloves Garlic; minced
⅓ cup Onion; diced
⅛ teaspoon Cayenne;
⅛ teaspoon Cumin;
⅛ teaspoon Chili powder;
2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce;
2 cups Brown rice; cooked
2 cups Red beans; cooked
1 cup Ham; cooked and diced

In a large pan, saute garlic and onion with seasonings. Add rice, beans and ham; cook over medium heat. Stir in approximately ¼ cup water or liquid from beans. Cook until heated through.
