Raw apple cake

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Oil
2 cups Sugar
4 \N Raw apples, chopped
3 \N Eggs
1 cup Pecans
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 cups Self rising flour
\N \N Topping
1 cup Sugar
1 \N Stick of margarine
1 can Condensed milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 300 degrees fro 1 hour. Topping: Mix in a saucepan and cook until thick. Remove cake from oven and cut into squares while still hot. Pour topping over hot cake and let cool.
