Ravioli bake

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
15 ounces Beef ravioli in tomato and meat sauce
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
½ cup Onions, chopped
½ cup Fat-free mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Croutons, crushed

In a mixing bowl, combine beef ravioli, mushrooms, onions, cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix well. Spread in a 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with croutons. Cover loosely and microwave until ravioli mixture is hot, 5 minutes.
