| 3 | 4 Tbls. minced fresh sweet | |
| Basil leaves | ||
| Salt & pepper | ||
| dash | Nutmeg | |
Directions
Combine the 3 cheeses in a bowl & cream with wooden spoon. Beat in yolks. Add zest & spices. Cover & refrigerate until ready to use.
