Ravioli with vegetable medley

Ingredients

| 500 | grams | Ravioli; your choice |
| 30 | grams | Butter |
| 2 | Cloves garlic; crushed | |
| 125 | grams | Button mushrooms; halved |
| 125 | grams | Green beans; cut into 1cm |

| 125 | grams | Cherry tomatoes; quartered |
| Freshly ground black pepper; to taste | ||
| Grated parmesan cheese | ||
Directions
1. Cook ravioli in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet directions. Drain, set aside and keep warm.
2. Melt butter in a large frying pan. Cook garlic and mushrooms for 2 to 3 minutes. Add beans and tomatoes, season to taste with black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes longer.
3. Add ravioli and parmesan cheese to pan and toss to combine. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
