Raisin sauce (for ham)

cupCurrant jelly
½teaspoonOrange peel; grated
½cupOrange juice
2tablespoonsSugar, brown; firmly packed
1tablespoonCornstarch
dashSalt
dashAllspice, ground

Directions

Combine raisins, water, jelly, orange peel, and orange juice in saucepan; bring to a boil. Combine remaining ingredients; stir into orange mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and clear. Serve warm over ham.
