Quick mushroom turnover

| 8 | slices | Peppridge Farms White Bread |
| ½ | cup | Mushroom duxelles |
| ¼ | cup | Butter; melted |
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Cut the crusts off each slice of bread. Roll out slightly to flatten. Spoon 1 tablespoon duxelles into center of bread. Fold into triangle shape. Brush with melted butter.
Bake in oven for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden.
