Quick mushroom turnover

Measure Ingredient
8 slices Peppridge Farms White Bread
½ cup Mushroom duxelles
¼ cup Butter; melted

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Cut the crusts off each slice of bread. Roll out slightly to flatten. Spoon 1 tablespoon duxelles into center of bread. Fold into triangle shape. Brush with melted butter.

Bake in oven for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden.
