| 4 | ounces | Mushrooms; chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 1 | pint | Warm milk |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Melt butter in large skillet.
Stir in flour, cook 1 minute.
Pour in warm milk gradually, stirring constantly until smooth and thick.
Season to taste.
Stir in mushrooms, simmer gently until cooked.
Makes ¾ pint
