Ingredients

| 2 | pounds | Skinned fluke fillets |
| 2 | larges | Tomatoes, cut in sm. pieces |
| 2 | tablespoons | Grated onion |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Melted butter |
| 1 | cup | Grated Swiss cheese |
Directions
Place fillets on greased baking platter and sprinkle with onion, salt and pepper. Cover with tomatoes. Pour melted butter over tomatoes.
Broil about 4 inches from the heat for 10 minutes or until fish slakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove from the the heat and sprinkle with cheese. Place under heat again until cheese melts.
