| ¾ | cup | Pecans; finely chopped |
| 1 | cup | Confectioner's sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Light corn syrup |
| ⅓ | cup | Creme de menthe |
| Chocolate shot; optional | ||
| Confectioner's sugar; optional | ||
Directions
Mix vanilla wafers crumbs, pecans and sugar, syrup and creme de menthe. Let stand about 30 minutes. Form into balls about 1" in diameter. Roll in chocolate shot OR confectioners' sugar. Store in an airtight container.
