Creme de menthe mousse

4 | tablespoons | Creme de menthe |
1 | cup | Whipping cream; whipped |
Whipping cream; whipped | ||
1 | Chocolate covered toffee bar; grated | |
Mint sprigs (optional) |
Directions
Combine marshmallows & milk in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows melt. Stir in creme de menthe. Chill until thick. Combine marshmallow mixture with 1 cup whipped cream, beating until well blended. Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Chill. To serve, top with dollops of whipped cream & sprinkle with grated toffee bar. Serves 4.
