Quick cobbler - butter busters^

¾cupEvaporated skim milk
¼teaspoonSalt, optional
1eachPk DRY Butter buds mix
1can(21oz) regular or lite pie filling, any flaovr
1eachPk Sweet 'n Low if using lite
1teaspoonAlmond extract, if using lite
2teaspoonsSugar
OR
1eachPk Sweet 'n Low
MIXED WITH
1teaspoonCinnamon

Directions

Pour pie filling int a square casserole that has been sprayed with Pam. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk.

Sprinkle Butter buds on top of fruit. Pour batter mix on too of fruit. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of the batter. Bake at 350F.

35-40 minutes. Serve warm with nonfat frozen yogurt or Dream Whip.
