Yield: 4 servings
|½ cup||Oleo, one stick|
|1 cup||Flour, self-rising|
Melt oleo in casserole pan. Mix sugar and flour in separate bowl. Add milk and fruit to dry mixture. Pour into pan and bake for about 25 minutes.
HINT: for fresh fruit increase sugar to 1 and ½ cups.
