Easy cobbler 2

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Stick of Margarine/Butter
1 can Fruit/Peaches in juice
1 cup Self-rising Flour
½ cup Milk
1 cup Sugar

Using 8x8 inch dish or loaf pan, melt butter or oleo, being careful not to burn it. Add the can of fruit with juice. Combine, sugar, milk, and flour. Pour over fruit and bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until brown.

~--------------------------------------------------------------------- ~-- Using above ingredients plus 1 more can of peaches: Pour peaches into greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix remainder of ingredients and pour over peaches. Bake in preheated oven (350 F) 45 minutes or until brown.
