Quich lorraine

Measure Ingredient
8 slices Bacon; crumbled
1 large Onion; chopped
3 \N Eggs
1 large Can evaporated milk
½ pounds Grated Swiss cheese
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
\N \N Pepper
2 tablespoons Butter
1 large Unbaked pie shell

Brown bacon; remove and crumble. Saute onion in bacon grease. Beat together eggs, milk and seasonings. Put bacon in bottom of pie shell. Put onions on top of bacon and then a layer of Swiss cheese. Pour milk mixture over all and dot with butter. Bake at 375* for 35-40 min. Let stand 15-20 min.
