6slicesCooked Bacon; crumbled
cupSwiss Cheese; grated
¼cupParmesan Cheese; grated
3Eggs; beaten
cupHalf-And-Half
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
¾cupOnion; chopped
1tablespoonRendered Bacon Fat; use drippings from cooking bacon

Directions

SAute onion until tender. Place bacon, onion and cheeses in pie shell.

Blend together eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in quiche shell. Bake at 375øF. for 45 minutes, or until mixture is firm and light brown.
