Purim nut goodies

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Walnuts
1 pounds Honey
½ pounds Almonds
½ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Ginger or
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Source: National Council of Jewish Women cookbook (Canada) Bring honey and sugar to a boil until the soft ball stage is reached. Add flavouring. Put on a wet board, flatten to ¼-inch thickness. When cool, cut in diamond shapes.
