Pumpkin pie {fredericksburg}

| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Constarch |
| 1½ | cup | Pumpkin |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ginger |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Mix sugar and cornstarch and add to beaten eggs. Add the hot, mashed pubpkin and then the milk. Mix well and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350ø F about 35 minutes.
