2 tablespoons | Flour |
½ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
1 cup | Pumpkin |
2 cups | Milk |
½ teaspoon | Vanilla |
1 pinch | Salt |
1 \N | 9 inch pie crust; unbaked |
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into the pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes and then lower the heat to 375 and bake until set.
