Ingredients

| 1 | each | Can pumpkin 16oz. about 2 C. |
| 1 | each | Can Eagle brand milk 14 oz. |
| 2 | eaches | Eggs |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
| ½ | teaspoon | Each Ginger, Nutmeg, salt |
Directions
Preheat oven 425F. In mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell; mix well. pour into pastry shell. Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350F; Bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until center is set. Cool. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
Note" use Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated).
