Measure Ingredient
1 each Unbaked pastry shell 9\"
1 each Can pumpkin 16oz. about 2 C.
1 each Can Eagle brand milk 14 oz.
2 eaches Eggs
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon Each Ginger, Nutmeg, salt

Preheat oven 425F. In mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell; mix well. pour into pastry shell. Bake 15 minutes.

Reduce oven temperature to 350F; Bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until center is set. Cool. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.

Note" use Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated).
