Pumpkin pieless

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Granulated sugar
½ cup Whole wheat flour
¼ teaspoon Baking soda
¼ teaspoon Baking powder
1 can (13 ounces) evaporated nonfat milk
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 Egg whites
1 teaspoon Allspice
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 can (16 ounces) pumpkin

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 10 x ½ inch pie plate with nonstick coating. Combine all ingredients, except egg whites. Blend until smooth.

Fold in egg whites. Pour into pie plate. Bake 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
