Pumpkin pie #5 - pat daley

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Unbaked pie shell
3 cups Cooked pumpkin
¾ cup Brown sugar substitute
\N \N Egg beaters equal to 4 eggs
1 can Evaporated skimmed milk
½ teaspoon Ginger
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
½ teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
