Pumpkin bread (from bobbi)

½ | cup | Brown sugar |
⅓ | cup | Butter/margarine |
2 | eaches | Eggs |
1 | cup | Unbleached flour |
⅔ | cup | Whole wheat flour |
⅓ | cup | Apple juice |
1 | cup | Pumpkin puree |
¼ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
¼ | teaspoon | Allspice |
¼ | teaspoon | Cloves |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Cream sugars and butter together. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Mix the flours, baking powder, soda, salt and spices.
Add alternately to creamed mixture with cider and pumpking. Beat well. Turn into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour until bread tests done. (Note from Bobbi: Lady who gave recipe to her usually baked for
45 minutes.)
