Prize fruit chili sauce

Yield: 1 Serving

Measure Ingredient
30 \N Large tomatoes
6 \N Onions
6 \N Pears
6 \N Peaches
3 \N Sweet red peppers
3 \N Green peppers
6 cups Sugar
1 large Bunch celery
2 tablespoons Salt
1 quart Vinegar
1 small Tin tomatoe paste
½ cup Pickling spices (tied in a cheesecloth bag.)

Chop all vegetables, mix together all remaining ingredients, add and simmer slowly until thick, about 2 hours. Remove pickling spices and discard. Store in sterilized jars.
