Prize fruit chili sauce

3 | Green peppers | |
6 | cups | Sugar |
1 | large | Bunch celery |
2 | tablespoons | Salt |
1 | quart | Vinegar |
1 | small | Tin tomatoe paste |
½ | cup | Pickling spices (tied in a cheesecloth bag.) |
Directions
Chop all vegetables, mix together all remaining ingredients, add and simmer slowly until thick, about 2 hours. Remove pickling spices and discard. Store in sterilized jars.
